  • HKSAR Passport, Canadian or U.S. Passport: Currently, no ETIAS required for 2025.
  • Chinese Passport: Schengen Visa required.
    Visa policies may change; please check with the appropriate consulate. The company is not responsible for any entry refusal due to visa or passport issues.

Other Information:

  • Children (aged 2–11) sharing a room with two adults, without an extra bed, pay the child rate.
  • For three adults sharing a room without an extra bed, each person gets a C$15 discount.
  • Tour price already includes a 3% cash discount; if paying by credit card, the original price applies without this discount.
  • Single supplement: C$940

 

Booking Terms:

  • A deposit of C$300 per person is required at booking.
  • The balance must be paid in full at least 60 days before departure.
  • If flight times change, participants may not cancel or dispute the tour on that basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the tour before departure; in that case, all payments will be fully refunded. The company is not liable for any costs related to the cancellation or change of the departure date.
  • If a participant cancels or changes the tour or group airfare, written notice must be given at least 98 days before departure for a full refund.
  • Cancellations or changes made 61–97 days before departure will incur a C$200 fee per person.
  • Within 31–60 days before departure, group airfare is non-refundable; cancellations during this period will be charged 45% of the tour fee.
  • Cancellations made 11–30 days before departure will be charged 90% of the total fee.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of departure are non-refundable.

Liability:

In cases of unexpected events such as flight cancellations or delays, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, wars, blockades, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, labor disputes, or coups beyond the company’s or suppliers’ control, the company will not be responsible for any compensation. Any additional costs for food, accommodation, or transportation will be borne by the traveler. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
