Visa requirements may change at any time. Please check with the relevant consulate. We are not responsible if you are denied entry due to passport or visa issues.

Canadian, US, and Chinese/Hong Kong SAR passport holders all require a visa for Australia. Visa fee is AUD 20; we can assist with processing for an additional CAD 20 service fee.

Additional Information

  • Children (aged 2–11) sharing a room with two adults without an extra bed — no additional cost.
  • For three adults sharing a room without an extra bed, each person gets $15 off.
  • Tour prices are already 3% off the original price for cash or cheque payments. If you wish to pay by credit card, please pay the original price (without the 3% discount).

Booking Terms

A CAD 500 deposit per person is required at booking. The balance must be paid in full at least 90 days before departure. Tour prices already include the 3% discount for cash/cheque payments; for credit card payments, please pay the original price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel or change departure dates. If we cancel, a full refund will be given. We are not responsible for costs due to itinerary or flight changes.
  • For cancellations or changes made 158 days or more before departure: full refund.
  • For cancellations or changes 91–157 days before departure: CAD 300 per person cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations 61–90 days before departure: group airfare is non-refundable; 45% of the tour price will be charged.
  • For cancellations 31–60 days before departure: 70% of the total cost will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 30 days of departure: no refund.

Liability

If flights are cancelled or delayed, or if there are natural disasters, strikes, work stoppages, war, blockades, riots, earthquakes, severe weather, labour disputes, political upheaval, or other events beyond our or our suppliers’ control, we will not be responsible for any compensation. Any extra costs for accommodation, meals, or transportation caused by such events will be the traveller’s responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
