Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with GoGo Tours Canada, including through our website, booking platforms, or in-person interactions, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to make a booking.
You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements for yourself and any other travelers included in the booking.
You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Booking and Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. Specific deposit amounts, deadlines, and final payment schedules will be provided during the booking process.
All prices are quoted in the currency indicated for each specific tour. Prices may be shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD), United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or other currencies as specified in the tour information.
Prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, fuel surcharges, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances. Your price is guaranteed only once full payment has been received.
Payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice. Any applicable bank charges, exchange fees, or transaction costs are the responsibility of the traveler.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- Cancellation fees and refund eligibility vary depending on the specific tour, destination, and supplier policies.
- The applicable cancellation terms for your selected tour will be communicated clearly at the time of booking and detailed on your invoice or confirmation.
- Non-refundable items such as airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, and certain pre-paid services are excluded from any refund.
- In the unlikely event that GoGo Tours Canada cancels a tour (due to force majeure, insufficient participants, or operational reasons), you will be offered:
- A full refund of all recoverable payments made, or
- The option to transfer your booking to an alternative tour or receive future travel credit.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
Travel Documents and Health Requirements
- It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain valid passports, visas, health documentation, and any other required permits for all destinations included in the tour.
- Entry requirements may vary and are subject to change. GoGo Tours Canada is not responsible for any refusal of entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
Some tours may involve health risks, physical activity, or high-altitude travel. We recommend consulting a medical professional to confirm your fitness to participate.
Changes to Itineraries
- While we strive to operate tours as advertised, GoGo Tours Canada reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, local conditions, or safety concerns.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to affected travelers as soon as possible, and reasonable alternatives of equal or greater value will be offered.
Traveler Conduct
- All travelers are expected to respect fellow participants, local communities, tour staff, and follow all applicable laws.
- Behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, illegal, or disrespectful may result in removal from the tour at the traveler’s expense, with no entitlement to refund.
Limitation of Liability
- GoGo Tours Canada acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or changes made by third parties.
- We are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, or expenses arising from:
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, weather, political instability, public health emergencies, or war.
- Third-party negligence or service failures.
- Traveler negligence or failure to follow instructions.

- Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to GoGo Tours Canada for your booking.
Privacy Policy

GoGo Tours Canada reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
