  • Children (ages 2–11) sharing a room with two adults, no extra bed provided.
  • For three adults sharing a room without an extra bed, each person receives a $15 discount.
  • Tour price already includes a 3–4% discount. If paying by credit card, the full original price applies.

Booking Terms:

  • A deposit of $300 per person is required at booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days before departure.
  • If flight times change, participants cannot use this as a reason to cancel or claim compensation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the departure date and will fully refund clients in this case.
  • The company is not responsible for any other costs related to cancelled or rescheduled departures.
  • If a participant wishes to cancel or change the tour or group airfare:
    • Notify the company at least 98 days before departure for a full refund.
    • Cancel or change between 61–97 days before departure: $150 fee per person.
    • Cancel or change between 31–60 days before departure: group airfare is non-refundable; 45% of the tour fee will be charged.
    • Cancel 11–30 days before departure: 90% of the tour fee will be charged.
    • Cancel within 10 days of departure: 100% of the tour fee will be charged, no refund.

Liability:

If flights are cancelled or delayed, or in case of natural disasters, strikes, work stoppages, wars, blockades, riots, earthquakes, severe weather, labour disputes, or political upheaval beyond the company’s control, the company is not liable for compensation. Any extra accommodation or transport costs caused by such events are the traveller’s responsibility. It is strongly recommended that all travellers purchase travel insurance.
